Research Interests

I am a certified teacher of Alexander Technique – which is a mind/body approach to movement. I have also coordinated a nationaly known stage combat workshop.

Teaching Interests

Combining the skills actors and theatre professionals use to create meaningful events both on and off the stage.

Professional Activity

Selection Committee member for Heartland Theatre 10 minute play festival. We read over 300 scripts in the first round of judging, January 2013

Actor in a staged reading of a new 1-act play “Tangled Mess” by Steve Peirick at Heartland Theatre, Summer 2013

I was a member of the planning committee for the Annual Conference of Alexander Technique teachers in Chicago (August 2013). I was selected to compile two presentations honoring master teachers of the Technique and their connection to Chicago. The Alexander Technique is a mind/body approach to movement. I am a certified teacher, which required 1600 hours of training.
