Eureka's Science and Mathematics Division offers students an abundance of possibilities: eight majors, six minors, five secondary certification programs, plus a pre-professional programs for students interested in the health sciences. Whichever path you choose, you'll acquire the knowledge, the analytical thinking and observation skills, and the hands-on experience you'll need to either attend a quality graduate school or land a great first job. EUREKA'S SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS DIVISION CHAIR

 

Professor of Biology, teaches courses in Microbiology, Genetics, Embryology, Anatomy and Physiology. He is often called to edit textbooks in these areas.  For many years now he has served as a reader for Advanced Placement Biology exams.  He has also taught for Methodist College of Nursing and University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria.  He is also proud of his service to the Board of Directors of Peoria Hebrew Day School.  B.Sc. in Microbial and Cellular Biology from University of Calgary; M.S. and Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from University of Cincinnati. email
