Welcome to Eureka College!  We look forward to having you join our community.  We know that you have a lot of questions right now, and hope to start answering some of them on this page. Please complete and return the above forms to the Office of Student Programs and Services at Eureka College or you may bring them with you when you attend a Jump Start Day this Spring or Summer.  You will be receiving more information about Jump Start Days soon.

Get to know

EC's Dean of Students

 

Ken came to Eureka College in 1993 to open a brand new Donald B. College Cerf Center and head its operations as Director of Cerf Center and Student Activities. In July of 2006 he added the appointment of Interim Dean of Students.  In July 2007 he was named as permanent Dean of Students and Programming Services.

 

Eureka’s dean received a B.A. in history from Arkansas Tech University, worked as a graduate assistant at Northwestern State University of Louisiana, and received an M.A. in student personnel services from NSU.  He served as Assistant Director of the ESU Memorial Union from 1985-1993 at Emporia State University in Kansas.

 

Ken is has been married to Joanie Baxter for the last 20 years.  They have with three children: Blake, Brenna and Baylee.
