  • The Alumni Award of Merit and Young Alumni Award exist to recognize excellence in one's profession or service to his or her community.

  • The Honorary Alum Award recognizes a non-graduate's contributions to Eureka College.

  • You may nominate yourself or any worthwhile person as set in the guidelines for each award

Upon receipt of this form the nominee will be sent a letter asking to submit a resume and outline their accomplishments. When he or she responds their nomination will remain active until they no longer qualify.
