3 more games rainout out, 1 rescheduled date announced
Game three of Eureka College's home baseball series versus Westminster College scheduled for Sunday, April 19 has been rained out. No make-up date has been set.
The inclement weather has also washed out the Red Devils' home doubleheader against SLIAC rival Maryville University for Monday. It is the third time the games have had to be postponed. That doubleheader has been rescheduled for Monday, April 27 at 2:00 pm in Eureka.
The Red Devils are next scheduled to take on Greenville College on the road Wednesday, April 22 at 3:00 pm. Greenville swept EC in Eureka 5-4 and 10-0 on April 15. The Panthers have won seven games in a row, including five on the road, to revive their faint playoff hopes after an 0-9 start to SLIAC play.
