Baseball "Meet the Team" Night Set For March 4
EUREKA, Ill. – The Eureka College baseball team will present “Meet the Team Night” on Sunday, March 4 at 7 p.m. in the Terrill Rooms inside the Donald B. Cerf Center on the campus of Eureka College.
In addition to introductions of the players and coaching staff, friends and family of the team will get a chance to participate in a silent auction. A raffle and other prizes will be available for guests of the event. Cost per person to attend is $10. Beverages and snacks will be provided. Contact first-year head coach James Clark at jclark@eureka.edu to make reservations.
Eureka will open the 2012 season on Tuesday, March 13 against Maryville (Tenn.) in a 2 p.m. doubleheader in Maryville, Tenn. The doubleheader will be a part of a seven-day, seven-game road trip across Tennessee, North Carolina and Illinois. Eureka will play its home opener at Henry Sand Field on Wednesday, March 21 against Illinois College at 3:30 p.m.
