Stote Reeder ('97) - Basketball 1993-97; Tennis 1994-96
A member of Eureka's 1994 NAIA National Championship team in his first
year, Stote Reeder went on to become one of the best players and leaders
under the late Dennis Dighton. The Sullivan High School graduate amassed
1,234 points and 206 assists to move into the top 10 all-time on both
lists at the time at the time of his graduation. He still ranks 11th on
the EC career scoring list. In 1997, Reeder led the Northern Illinois-Iowa
Conference in scoring the three-point field goals en route to a runner
up player of the year campaign. He has worked as a teacher and coach since
graduating. After four years as head boy's basketball coach at Flanagan
High School, he has spent the last two years coaching at Jersey Community
High School.

Terese (Raum) Robertson ('92) - Basketball 1988-92; Track 1989-90;
Volleyball 1988
Terese (Raum) Robertson was an All-Prairie College Conference performer
in multiple sports (track and basketball) after graduating from Cissna
Park High School. She was a three-time NAIA District 20 Player of the
Week and an All-District selection in 1991-92. That year, in addition
to being a team captain, she set the Eureka career scoring mark with 1,035
points. She now ranks seventh on the career scoring list and 11th in rebounds
with 523. She led the Red Devils to a 19-7 record that season, which was
the best in NAIA II District 20. Robertson also set a school record in
the previous year when she had 11 steals in a game versus Greenville.
She now resides in Morton with her husband and two daughters.

Jeff Reents ('92) - Football 1988-91
A two-time all-conference linebacker, Jeff Reents was a key figure
in the dramatic turnaround of the Red Devils football team from a 1-9
record his first year in 1988 to the school's first ever undefeated regular
season and playoff berth in 1991. Reents was the captain of the 1991 squad,
which held eight out of ten opponents to single digits in points during
the regular season. He was chosen as a first team linebacker in 1991 and
second team in 1990. Reents has worked at Wilmington High School for the
last 14 years, currently serving as assistant principal and head varsity
football coach. He has a 108-35 career coaching record. His teams have
made the playoffs every year since 1996, with a state finals appearance
in 2003. A Wilmington, Ill. resident, Reents and his wife Janelle have
two daughters.

Sam Reed, Jr. (82) - Basketball 1978-82
Sam Reed, Jr. was a four-year starting small forward on three NAIA
II Playoff teams at EC. His career stats are impressive as he amassed
1,090 points, 711 rebounds and 144 steals, but perhaps what speaks most
highly of Reed's accomplishments is the Red Devils' amazing 77-24 record
in his four years. Reed was selected as captain his senior year and to
four all-tournament teams. The Bloom High School graduate from Chicago
Heights had 230 rebounds in the 1980-81 season, ranking as the ninth best
single season total in school history. He led the team in rebounding and
free throw percentage twice, while ranking second in assists three times
and scoring twice. He is currently seventh on Eureka's all-time rebounds
list. Reed now lives in Lucas, Texas with his wife Debra and six children.
He has worked in sales management with PepsiCo for 23 years.

The 2002 Red Devils softball team is still the only Eureka team to
earn an NCAA Division III National Tournament bid as they were an at large
pick to be the No. 5 seed in the Great Lake Regional. The team set still
standing single season school records with eight home runs and a .951
fielding percentage. Angie Ballance, Mindy Daily, Jill Lindstrom and Mollie
Springer were All-NIIC performers in leading the team to a 21-15 (11-5
NIIC) record. The club also featured six NFCA Scholar Athletes and three
NIIC All-Scholastic Team members. The Red Devils won 13 consecutive games
during the season, which is the third longest streak in EC history. Members
of the team were: Reanne Albin, Angie Ballance, Mindy Daily, Nikki Fay,
Katie Fraher, Aleshia Hummel, April Kerr, Jessica Krones, Jill Lindstrom,
