A.

The President of Eureka College is responsible for designating the Chair and Vice Chair of the Hall of Fame Committee. The Chair will normally be the Athletic Director and the Vice Chair will normally be the Assistant Athletic Director. However, if neither of these are the Senior Womens Administrator, the SWA shall be designated as the Vice Chair.

B.

The President of Eureka College, Chair, and Vice Chair are the Executive Committee and are voting members of the Hall of Fame Committee.

C.

The Executive Committee shall appoint the other ten members of the Hall of Fame Committee. Two current Hall of Fame Members will be selected to serve from each of the last five decades.

D.

Every effort will be made to have a Hall of Fame business meeting in Early June of each year. Participation by telephone conferencing shall be available. Mail or e-mail votes will also be accepted before the meeting date.
