Webster Escapes Eureka, 80-69

EUREKA, Ill. – The Eureka College women’s basketball team held a two-point halftime lead and controlled play early in the second half of Saturday’s game against Webster, but the first-place Gorloks rallied in the second half for an 80-69 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference victory at the Reagan Center.  Sophomore forwards Chantaivia Knight (Normal, Ill./University H.S.) and Lisa Byard (Morton, Ill./Morton H.S.) scored 15 points apiece to pace the Red Devils.  Keep Reading>
