Marc ’05 and Nicolle Cook ’11 Sherwood announce the birth of their daughter, Molly Grace, born on June 21, 2013. She was 8 lbs, 2 oz and 21 inches long.
Joshua Weddle ’07 and his wife, Tracy, will be celebrating their 1-year anniversary on Nov. 10, 2013. Josh is employed with State Farm.
Rochelle Turrisi ’08 after being at DeVriendt & Associates for one year, has accepted a position as a family law attorney at DiazCase, P.C., in Chicago, IL.
Jeremy Bachelor ’10 is in his second year teaching Spanish at the college level as a full time faculty member. He teaches Spanish I, II, and IV, Spanish Culture and Civilization, and Spanish Phonetics. He also serves on the Teacher Education Committee and observes Spanish education candidates during their field placements. He received his MA in Spanish from Illinois State University in 2012 and is now working on his doctorate in Applied Spanish Linguistics at a university in Mexico. He has completed all of his coursework and has now begun working on his dissertation. He plans to fly down to Mexico to defend in the summer of 2015.
