ATHLETIC OFFICE AND RECRUITING ASSISTANT
The Athletic Office and Recruiting Assistant provides administrative and office support services for the Director of Athletics and the Athletic Department. Duties include working collaboratively with the Admissions Department and serving as an athlete recruitment liaison. This is a full-time position with excellent fringe benefits package.
Eureka is a small residential liberal arts college located equidistant between the cities of Peoria and Bloomington/Normal. The campus is situated on 65 wooded acres with 24 academic and residential buildings in the city of Eureka, Illinois. High School diploma or equivalent GED required. 1-3 years previous office experience is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse population.
