Eureka College Names Director of Career Services

Emily Villhauer Lee of Peoria was named director of career services at Eureka College effective Sept. 14.

Lee’s duties include career counseling, managing an internship program with area employers, helping students explore options in majors and graduate schools, providing job search strategies and offering career workshops and classroom presentations. 

The Iowa City native formerly was a program adviser at the Wisconsin Union at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an adviser in the dean of students’ office at Illinois State University.

Lee received a master’s degree in student development in post-secondary education and a bachelor’s degree in communications, both from the University of Iowa. 

Lee replaces Alaina Castillo, who took a position at Kaplan University.
