Junius Rodriguez to give John Adams lecture

October 8 - 7:30 pm - Melick Library

Melick Library at Eureka College will host the fourth and final lecture in the John Adams Unbound Series at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 8 in the Gammon Room. The event will feature Eureka College history professor Junius Rodriguez speaking on "John Adams and the Illinois Country: The Influence of a Gentle Nationalist."
               
Melick Library is a partner with Illinois State University and other schools in "John Adams Unbound," a traveling exhibit exploring the personal library of the second U.S. president. It will be on display at ISU's Milner Library through Oct. 16.  A selection of exhibit panels will be on display at Eureka College during Rodriguez's lecture. Funds for the exhibit came from the National Endowment for the Arts.
