Photo by Eureka College Senior Selected as Contest Finalist

A photograph by Eureka College senior Justin Dwyer of Chillicothe has been selected for inclusion in Photographer’s Forum magazine’s “Best of Photography 2012” book.

Dwyer’s photo of a cave was a finalist in the magazine’s competition for college and high school photographers. The photo will be among approximately 2,000 photos published in the book from among more than 18,000 photos submitted.

The photo was taken in July at Matthiessen State Park, Utica.

Dwyer is a son of Bill and Pris Dwyer of Chillicothe and a 2002 graduate of Illinois Valley Central High School, Chillicothe. He is majoring in environmental science. He opened a photography business called Justin Dwyer Studio this year.
