Eureka College Greeks to Host  Free Ice Cream Social for Eureka Residents

April 3 - 1:00-3:00 pm - Lake Eureka

Members of Eureka College’s social sororities and fraternities will host their third annual free ice cream social for Eureka residents from 1 to 3 p.m. April 3 at the upper pavilion at Lake Eureka.

Ice cream sundaes will be offered, and there also will be activities for children, including face painting, kickball, soccer and other games.

In case of inclement weather, the event will be held in Reagan Physical Education Center on Reagan Drive. 

“We are hoping for a beautiful Sunday afternoon so that Eureka families can come spend time with Eureka College students as we show our appreciation to the Eureka community,” said organizer Michael McComas of Bloomington.

The Eureka College Greek organizations are sororities Delta Delta Pi, Phi Omega and Delta Zeta and fraternities Tau Kappa Epsilon, Delta Sigma Phi and Lambda Chi Alpha.
