Our purpose is to maintain the accuracy, integrity, and security of the academic records of Eureka College. We offer support to students, faculty, and staff by providing services such as:

  • Academic transcripts for current and former students
  • Graduation audits (am I scheduled to graduate on time?)
  • Major and minor declarations
  • Name and address changes
  • Classroom scheduling
  • Enrollment reports and statistics for academic and administrative departments

Have you already taken an AP course? We honor all AP courses completed with a test score of 3 or higher.

Transcript Request

To request your academic transcript, you must submit a Transcript Request Form. Print the form, complete it by hand, and send it to us via US Mail, fax, or email, or bring it to our office.

The cost for official transcripts is $8 if mailed, $5 if picked up from our office in person.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your request. Processing times will be longer during peak work times, holiday breaks, and end-of-semester activities.

Unofficial transcripts are available to current students free of charge via their access to SONISWEB.
