Research Interests

Dr. Fulop gets very interested in what her students are interested in researching. She has always been interested in human being’s unique capability for tool use and invention. She researches creativity and innovation methodology specifically for human-tool interactions. She also studies metacognition in order to apply cognitive research to help her students learn.

Teaching Interests

I love quantitative reasoning! I enjoy teaching statistics and research methods as well as perception, cognition and learning.

Professional Activity

I am a charter member of the APS, a member of MPA and the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society


I love to travel and have explored many of America’s precious and valuable national parks. If you are planning a road trip, give me a call. I’ve recently started learning the art of vinting. It is quite fun and tasty. My label is "Mom’s Whinery".
