Uniquely Eureka Promise
The Uniquely Eureka Promise is a full tuition program designed to give transfer students of Illinois who have completed an associate degree from an accredited community college whom meet the eligibility requirements, the opportunity to continue their education and gain a valuable college bachelor's degree.

Eligibility Requirements for The Uniquely Eureka Promise:
- At least 60 transferrable credit hours
2.8 cumulative unweighted GPA
Current resident of Illinois and US citizen for at least one year
Eligible to receive State of Illinois MAP grant and Federal Pell grant as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have a FAFSA EFC of 1,000 or less
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) prior to January 1st of each year of the two-year program to ensure state funding of the MAP grant. If a student has exhausted their lifetime eligibility for Federal Pell or State of Illinois MAP grant funding prior to matriculation (graduation), they are not eligible for the program. If selected for FAFSA verification, complete all required documentation to the Office of Financial Aid by April 1st
Enroll in a minimum of 15 credit hours per semester (maximum of 18 credit hours)
Meet all deadline dates. Applications must be received by July 1st to be eligible for the following Fall semester, and by December 1st to be eligible for the following Spring semester
Accept and use all federal and state grants each year of the two year program before Eureka College makes up the difference for tuition cost
Commit to 40 volunteer hours with the College over the course of two school years
