To be eligible to apply for a Barton Scholarship, each applicant must:
be a full-time student who is registered at Eureka College
possess a minimum college GPA of 2.25 (or minimum HS GPA of 2.30 for incoming Freshmen)
Meeting the minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee that you will receive scholarship funds, which are limited. Selected students of this award will collaborate with their Eureka College placement coordinator Kevin Bruckner, Director of Teacher Education and a Quest-appointed supervisor to arrange an appropriate work schedule. A copy of the schedule must be submitted to the Education Office prior to start of service hours. The verification for successful completion of service hours must be submitted to the Education Office by the end of the semester in order to receive funds.
