Eureka College is pleased to offer FREE, college courses this summer to all incoming freshman for Fall 2020. This offer is contingent upon attending EC this fall. Failure to enroll at Eureka College may result in a financial penalty.

MAT095 Elementary and Intermediate Algebra

Math not your best subject? If you were able to take your ACT or SAT check your Math scores. If your ACT Math score was 22 or below and/or your SAT math score was 550 or below, you NEED this course. If your scores were 23 and/or 560, you do NOT need this course. If you did not take precalculus or Algebra with trigonometry in high school, you NEED this course.

College courses have many writing assignments. This is an opportunity to ensure your writing is ready for college. If you were able to take your ACT or SAT check your English scores. If the ACT English score is below 18 or the SAT ERW score is below 500, then you need this course. If you were not able to take the ACT or SAT, you can take a placement exam to determine if you need this course or if you can enroll in ENG103 Academic Writing and Research.
