Lori Guth of Washington received the Eureka College staff recognition award at the annual holiday dinner for faculty and staff Dec. 18.
Guth is human resources coordinator. She has been employed at the college since 2006, and she received a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from the college in 2010.
“Lori Guth is a dedicated and loyal employee who goes above and beyond the call of duty each day in serving the campus community,” said CFO Marc Pasteris.” Lori’s greatest asset of professionalism is mirrored in her character and integrity as she fosters learning, service and leadership on and away from the Eureka College campus.”
One staff award is given annually to recognize an exemplary staff member. Nominations and the selection are made by students, faculty and staff. The recognition includes cash awards for the winner’s use and for use within the winner’s department.
