Summer Session

June Summer Session

Join us for classes in June!  Our session runs from Tuesday, May 30 through Friday, June 30.  Classes will primarily meet four days per week for two hours per day, and more than a dozen courses are available in several different fields of study.

Summer courses are available for current students, incoming new students, or you can simply enroll for summer session only.  Whether you are a current high school senior, a student at another institution, or a member of our community, we welcome you to join us at Eureka College!

It’s Cost-effective!

  • Tuition
Pick up that extra class or get started on your Eureka College education.  Take a class because you are a life-long learner.  Whatever your motivation, summer sessions cost less than the courses offered during the year, yet the end result is the same – credits earned.
  • Campus Jobs
Need a summer job?  Earn tuition money!  Jobs are available on campus this summer!  Preference is given to students that enroll in one or more classes.  Be a part of the Eureka College work program.  For more information, a list of jobs, or to sign up, contact Melody Mounts at mmounts@eureka.edu.
  • Housing
If you choose, the residence halls are available for a discounted rate.  Limited food service will also be available.  New students, this gives you the chance to acclimate to campus before everyone arrives in August.  Explore the facilities and get to know the historic, beautiful campus of Eureka College.  Contact the Office of Student life at (309) 467-6420 for more information on summer on-campus housing.

It’s Convenient!

You’ll have plenty of time to study, work, enjoy the sun, and explore the surrounding area!  The summer session allows students to concentrate on a given course without having to divide time with other courses.

It’s Personal!

You’ve heard that Eureka College offers a personalized education.  This is especially true in the summer!  Engage in small-group discussion and interact face-to-face with professors you’re familiar with.  Take a fun class!  Possibly meet graduation requirements and save time!

Are you already admitted for Fall 2017?  You will not need to re-apply, but please fill out the form below to let us know that you are interested.
