Eureka College was founded by abolitionists from Kentucky who were members of a religious movement known as the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and were committed to providing young people a broad, liberal education. These pioneers believed in an education infused with values as a basis for leadership. Chartered by the Illinois Legislature in 1855, Eureka was the first college in the state and third in the nation to admit men and women on an equal basis. Eureka College was designated by the National Park Service as a Campus Historic District in the National Register of Historic Places in June 2010.

Brief Intro

Hello! My name is Natalie Clark, and I’m an Admission Counselor at Eureka College. I’m passionate about helping students find the right college fit and supporting them as they take this exciting next step in their education. I love the welcoming community at Eureka and the chance to share it with future Red Devils as I am a recent alum (May '24)! Go Red Devils!

Uniquely Eureka Experience

As a recent Alum (May '24), I loved being part of a close-knit campus community where professors truly cared about my success. The small class sizes allowed me to build meaningful connections and gain hands-on experience that helped me grow both personally and professionally. My time at Eureka was especially meaningful because it’s also where I met my husband. I’m grateful for the lifelong friendships, memories, and lessons that continue to shape who I am today.

About

Outside of work, I love spending time with a good book—especially romance and thriller novels. I’m also a big fan of reality TV and enjoy following professional sports, particularly the NFL and MLB. You’ll often find me cheering on my favorite teams, the New England Patriots and the Chicago Cubs.
