At Eureka College, students work closely with faculty advisors and the Office of the Registrar to ensure that they are progressing toward meeting all of their graduation requirements.
Degree audit forms for most majors are shown below. Select the form corresponding to your major(s) and minor(s) for the appropriate catalog year. Usually, a student will follow the requirements of the catalog year in which they entered Eureka College, but a student may elect to follow a more recent catalog in consultation with his or her advisor. Students majoring in Education programs should consult with their advisors to determine the appropriate audit form to use.
*Note Majors and Minors that do not have a current year affiliated with it are no longer being offered as such. Please be sure to work with your admissions counselor or academic advisor when deciding on majors/minors.
