DEPRESSION AND/OR ANXIETY GROUP SKILLS

If you struggle with depression and/or anxiety or have in the past, you can attend a bi-weekly group that is devoted to helping students cope with their depression and/or anxiety by learning stress management techniques, breathing exercises, and other coping strategies!  You will NOT be asked to share any personal information in these sessions; you are simply there to learn and talk about coping strategies.  This group is facilitated by a counselor from Tazwood Center for Wellness and meets every other Monday Night at 7pm in the Office of Student Life Conference Room.

The Flu Shot Clinic Paperwork (emailed out to all students) needs to be printed out, filled out, and brought with you to the event, along with a copy of your insurance card (front and back).  (Most insurances cover the full cost of the vaccination; you will not be asked to pay anything at the event.)  You also have the option to come to your appointment 10 minutes beforehand to complete this paperwork; just be sure your insurance card is with you and we can make a copy for you.
