Ambassador Rhodes’ distinguished career includes serving as Special Assistant to President Ronald Reagan for Intergovernmental Affairs, Chief Domestic Advisor to the Vice President George Bush, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Zimbabwe. He is the inaugural Visiting Reagan Fellow at Eureka College.
