

Since 2022, Quest Food Management Services has proudly provided fresh, delicious meals and high-quality service across Eureka College’s dining spaces.
We value feedback from students and staff and are excited to introduce several enhancements in Fall 2025, including new concept stations, extended all-day hours at Dickinson Commons Monday through Friday, an unlimited meal plan, new leadership, made-to-order options, updated menus, a local coffee partner, and expanded district support to better align dining with student needs.

Dickinson Commons at Eureka College is the hub for campus dining, offering a variety of fresh, made-to-order options that satisfy every craving and cater to every taste and dietary preference, making it a true centerpiece of campus life.
We offer clearly labeled menus with a wide variety of options to accommodate all allergens, dietary needs, and restrictions.
Concepts
- Hemispheres: Daily specials, chef creations and live-action entrées, vegetarian selections
- Red Devil Grill: Burgers, chicken, vegetarian options
- Crust: Scratch made pizzas
- Bread & Bowl: Made-to-order deli sandwiches and wraps
- Good Greens: Fresh salad bar with local produce, proteins, chef special soups and breads
- Crumbs: House made bakery items

Our Food Philosophy
Quest Food is committed to offering a variety of wholesome options daily, with meals featuring lean proteins, whole grains, healthy fats, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Our recipes are chef-crafted and led by scratch made cooking techniques, with nutritional needs and flavor always top of mind. Sustainability and quality standards drive how we source ingredients, purchasing local whenever possible and never serving trans fats, MSG or other harmful ingredients to our students.
We are proud to serve:
- Eggs: Farm Fresh, 100% Cage-Free Shell and Liquid Eggs, Certified USDA Grade A
- Produce: Seasonal and Fresh, Fresh-Frozen, or Packed in 100% Juice or Water
- Seafood: Sustainable Seafood Following the Marine Stewardship Guidelines
- Milk: Artificial Growth Hormone-Free Milk, from Farm to School in just 48 hours
- Meat: Quality Proteins with Zero Additives, in Alliance with Global Animal Partnership
- Grains: Whole Grain and Gluten-Free Breads, Pastas, and Baked Goods
We purchase from local and regional farmers and artisans within 250 miles of Eureka College to serve seasonal and sustainable products.
