RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Dr. Fulop gets very interested in what her students are interested in researching. She has always been interested in human being’s unique capability for tool use and invention. She researches creativity and innovation methodology specifically for human-tool or human-computer interactions. Her research also questions the role of leadership in organizational innovation.

I am a charter member of the APS and a member of MPA and APA.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT:
My spouse directs homeless shelters. There are times I’m cooking for a crowd on short notice. Good thing I know how to cook.
UNIQUELY EUREKA EXPERIENCE:
ALL, 100%, of our majors do their own research junior year! We travel with our students to conferences. Many of our psychology majors present their research at the ILLOWA Undergraduate conference or the MPA conference.
