Students who have been admitted to Eureka College may use this form to submit their enrollment deposit and save their spot at Eureka College.  Your enrollment deposit guarantees placement for the semester requested on your application. A deposit is required of all students accepting admission including first-year, transfer, international, and re-enrolling students. This deposit is non-refundable.
