EUREKA – In support of Women’s History Month, the Eureka College Arts and Lecture Board plans to host a showing of the 2018 film On the Basis of Sex in Becker Auditorium of the Donald B. Cerf Center on Thursday, March 28.
The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be followed by a lunch discussion in the Owen Room of the Dickinson Commons on March 29 at noon. The showing is free and open to the public.
On The Basis of Sex tells the story of future Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and her early-career fights against sex discrimination as a law professor and women’s rights attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union.

The Arts and Lectures Board at Eureka College is a student-driven committee that works to bring nationally known educational and cultural events to campus through diverse programming that strives to further support the mission of Eureka College in the areas of learning, service, and leadership.
