Clery Act Annual Security Report

Each year by October 1st Eureka College is required to publish an Annual Security Report.

 

The Annual Security Report includes statistics for the most recent three-year period. The geographic guidelines issued by the Clery Act Center states Eureka College is responsible for crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Eureka College, and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.

 

The Annual Security Report also includes institutional policies related to the following: (1) alcohol and drug use, (2) crime prevention, (3) the report of crimes, (4) sexual assault, (5) and other safety and security matters.
