Brief Intro

Alicia Lenard is the Director of First-Generation Initiatives at Eureka College. She has over 25-years of experience with designing and leading programs for at risk youth between the ages of 16-24 in high school, nonprofit and higher education settings. She has a passion for creating opportunities to break cycles of generational poverty and trauma for at risk youth, justice involved populations and first-generation low-income college students. As a former high school dropout, teen mother, first-generation college student and trauma survivor, her passion is partnering with high touch youth and returning citizens, so that they become the best versions of themselves.  Alicia is the mother of two biological children, Dante' age 30 and Christina age 18.
