M.S. Special Education, Illinois State University, 2014
B.S. Mathematics, Eureka College, 2008
My research interests include looking at the self-efficacy of middle school math teachers in regards to the inclusive classroom. My future research goal is to expand research to all general education middle school teachers and their self-efficacy beliefs.
Prior to Eureka, I taught at the middle school/high school level for 9 years. I teach a mix of education and special education courses. I love education, special education, math, theater, and dance.
I have currently presented to local schools in regards to one-to-one instruction and the flipped classroom.
Eureka is my alma mater. I grew to love EC as a student. The small campus makes it easy to get involved in a variety of organizations, build lifelong friendships, and feel like part of a family.
