Eureka College invites you to join us, Monday, January 20, 2020 as we celebrate MLK National Day of Service by completing a variety of service projects for our local community members.
A FREE Breakfast will be served beginning at 8:45 a.m. followed by our Welcome at 9:30 a.m.
In efforts to help increase awareness of women experiencing homelessness, a local Bloomington-Normal student, Madalyn Schmitt, will be joining us to demonstrate how she has created "Period Packs" to help alleviate frustration for homeless women.
For each case she sells Madalyn donates one product and her grandmother matches her donation. This past fall, Schmitt was able to donate 152 packs to the Path Crisis Center.
We look forward to having Madalyn Harley Designs on campus and participating in giving back to the community. Check out Madalyn's shop at https://www.etsy.com/shop/MadalynHarleyDesigns?ref=shop_sugg
Here are a few other organizations we have partnered with this year. Feel free to browse their "wish list".
All donations will be greatly appreciated!
